Project Overview

The client tracking and recording system is easy to use and helps manage valuable information for your company, making it the ultimate solution for tracking your client’s activity.

  • The Client Tracker sheet serves as the main dashboard for managing and organizing your client profiles. You can simply enter the client’s details and important information such as priority, status, and invoice details. To add a client to the pipeline dashboard, check the box. The graphs at the top of the sheet provide a visual representation of your data, providing an overview of the current situation. You can view the number of active clients and how many have been moved to the record tab. To move a client to the record tab, simply check the box in the first column.
  • The Client Record sheet is the space where you put past clients that you have completed any activity with them. Simply add a new client by checking the box in the client tracker sheet under the column “Move to Record”.
  • The Process Pipeline dashboard helps you manage the status activity from the client tracker more concisely and clearly. You only need to add your filters at the top and automatically you get results based on those filters.
  • In the To-Do List tab, you can assign your daily tasks and clients and manage them based on priority or deadline. The board displays real-time data based on input data, allowing you to mark completed tasks as done. On the left side, you can view today’s tasks with today’s date deadline, and filter tasks based on a specific client. Simply choose a client from the dropdown list to view their tasks. The overall progress bar displays the percentage of total assigned tasks versus completed and cancelled tasks, while the “*/* completed” label shows the number of tasks that have the “done” status label.
  • In the Meeting Tracker sheet, you can keep a record of your meetings by client along with all information as well as insert the link source of the meeting. On the left side panel find meetings by filtering clients or venues. At the top, you see the number of completed meetings.
  • The Invoice Tracker is a tool that allows you to keep track of all your invoices in one place. It logs important information such as the invoice amount, dates, and status for each client. You can even add a link to the PDF invoice in the last column for easy access. At the top of the tracker, you can view live invoice data and see a visual presentation of your invoice status. This makes it easy to stay on top of your invoicing and ensure that you get paid on time.
